15th Anniversary Tenant Associations Coalition of San Francisco celebration video

Since 1998 Tenant Associations Coalition of San Francisco (TAC) is instrumental of supporting tenant leaders to establishing and maintaining tenant associations and fostering a sense of community which improves the quality of life for all residents within their building environments. TAC promotes tenant rights advocacy, improves tenant-landlord relationships and enhancements in building conditions. TAC provides resources for tenants, and helps to preserve San Francisco's affordable housing stock. TAC advocates for those living in supportive housing buildings and encourages tenants to become tenant leaders by attending tenant advocacy workshops were they learn skills to help improve their individual living situations.
